Ayurveda mein ginger ko stomach ko calm karne wali wonder-herb mana gaya hai. Bed se uthne se pehle, apne nightstand par thoda fresh ginger ya ginger candy rakhein. Roasted ya plain saunf ka ek chhota dabba hamesha paas rakhein. Jab bhi nausea feel ho, ek teaspoon saunf muh mein daalein aur dheere-dheere chabayein. Saunf cooling hoti hai aur gas ya acidity ko kam karti hai jo aksar morning sickness ko badha deti hai.

Chhotay aur frequent Sattvic meals lein

Ayurveda mein khali pet nausea ka sabse bada dushman hai. Teen heavy meals ki jagah, din bhar mein 5-6 chhotay aur light meals lein. 'Sattvic' ya simple khana jaise khichdi, cooked vegetables, ya stewed fruits khayein. Oily, spicy, ya tez masaledar khane se bachein jo stomach lining ko irritate kar sakte hain.
