Ginger ka Morning Ritual
Ayurveda mein ginger ko stomach ko calm karne wali wonder-herb mana gaya hai. Bed se uthne se pehle, apne nightstand par thoda fresh ginger ya ginger candy rakhein. Ek chhota slice dheere-dheere chabayein. Iske natural oils digestive fire (Agni) ko settle karte hain aur nausea ko turant kam karte hain.
Quick relief ke liye Saunf
Roasted ya plain saunf ka ek chhota dabba hamesha paas rakhein. Jab bhi nausea feel ho, ek teaspoon saunf muh mein daalein aur dheere-dheere chabayein. Saunf cooling hoti hai aur gas ya acidity ko kam karti hai jo aksar morning sickness ko badha deti hai.

Ayurveda mein khali pet nausea ka sabse bada dushman hai. Teen heavy meals ki jagah, din bhar mein 5-6 chhotay aur light meals lein. 'Sattvic' ya simple khana jaise khichdi, cooked vegetables, ya stewed fruits khayein. Oily, spicy, ya tez masaledar khane se bachein jo stomach lining ko irritate kar sakte hain.
Mindful hydration ki aadat dalein
Dehydration se nausea aur badh jata hai. Lekin, ek saath bahut sara paani peene se bhi jee machla sakta hai. Trick ye hai ki din bhar thoda-thoda karke warm paani piyein. Aap paani mein lemon juice ki kuch boondein ya thoda sa sendha namak (rock salt) mila sakti hain taaki electrolytes balance rahein.
