Harassment thakane wala hota hai aur aapki mental health par asar daal sakta hai. Kisi bharosemand dost, family member, ya therapist se baat karein. Aapko yeh bojh chupchap nahi uthana chahiye. Aapki well-being kisi bhi naukri se zyada important hai.
