Apne legal rights jaaniye
Maternity Benefit Act ke under, agar aapne apni expected delivery date se 12 mahine pehle kam se kam 80 din kaam kiya hai, toh aap 26 weeks ki paid maternity leave ki haqdaar hain. Ye un companies par apply hota hai jahan 10 ya usse zyada employees hain. Is law ko jaanne se aapko baat karne ka confidence milega.

Coffee break mein bas aise hi baat mat kijiye. Apni expected leave date se kam se kam 7 hafte pehle apne HR aur manager ko ek formal email bhejiye. Apne doctor ka note attach karein jisme pregnancy aur expected delivery date confirm ho. Paper trail rakhna aapki sabse badi protection hai.
Sirf verbal baaton par bharosa na karein. Meeting ke baad hamesha ek summary email zaroor bhejein.
